Cacao nibs are peeled, broken into pieces and dried cacao beans. BALINI Organic cacao nibs have an intensive taste of dark chocolate with little bitterness and a natural sweetness. They are crunchy and tender on the inside.
Cacao nibs consist of pure cacao, without additives or sugar. Because they contain minerals such as zinc, magnesium and potassium, cacao nibs are considered a healthy superfood.

Description

All BALINI Organic Cacao Products are certified by EU certified and USDA Organic. The variety of the cacao beans is a mix of Trinitario, Criollo and Forastero. The cacao is authentically and traditionally cultivated on small scale farms in mixed crop systems.
